Warehouse & Shipping Manager – LA Office

Atomic Rental has expanded from the east coast to the LA area and is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to independently operate our new warehouse.
The Warehouse Manager handles the shipping (pulling, packaging, loading) and receiving (unloading and unpacking) of our unique rental products. This team member is also responsible for visual inspection of items when they are returned, performing small repairs as needed.
As the LA operation grows, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for bringing on additional team members and managing their efforts.
Computer aptitude is a must, along with attention to detail, self-motivation, and a desire to WOW the client. Basic sewing skills are a plus, to address minor repairs when product returns.
This position reports to the General Manager of Rental and works closely with Atomic’s east coast headquarters.
• 5-8 years of warehouse management experience.
• Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve data from the inventory database
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Experience managing people
• Strong communication skills
• Time management skills
